In Episode 48 Dean speaks from Switzerland to Randy in North Carolina and they get on the subject about training in cold weather and other ways to keep up the fitness in the winter. Dean asks Randy about what to do when getting sick and when the holiday sweets are tempting. The Warren brothers briefly mention the Namur World Cyclo-cross Cup event where Amanda Miller placed 7th.
