In Episode 149 Rally Pro Cycling's Emma White joins Randy and Dean to talk about her recent track cycling at the London World Cup Track event.  Emma also shares her experiences as a student athlete, and her decision to pursue an Olympic dream by racing on the track which takes her away from cyclocross racing.  The Warrens touch on some road news notably the eminent sponsor search for Team Sky.

Alexey Vermeulen joins Randy and Dean for Episode 147 of the Warren Cycling Podcast.  Alexey talks about his road season and his big mountain bike race at the Iceman Cometh Challenge in northern Michigan.  Vermeulen hints at his next season and where his cycling career takes him in 2019.  The Warren brothers check the latest headlines in cycling, and even work the conversation towards the biggest cross country ski race which takes place in Wisconsin.

Randy and Dean Warren are back after a two week break to talk about the latest in cycling.  Randy returns from meetings at USA Cycling, and then Derek Bouchard-Hall announces he's stepping down.  Probably no correlation.  The Warrens touch on the track world cup and latest cyclo-cross and a little news from professional road racing.  Randy also gives us news from the Hincapie Gran Fondo where he rode with Mark Cavendish, Brent Bookwalter and Larry Warbasse.

In Episode 142, Randy and Dean Warren interview two time Vuelta a Espana stage winner Dimension Data's Ben King.  King talks about his wins and the upcoming off season.  The Warren brothers fill out the rest of the podcast discussing the Innsbruck World Championship road races and the upcoming Il Lombardia race, as well as the Iowa Jingle Cross cyclocross races.  Randy is at Track Master's Worlds and competes the next day in the points race.

In Episode 140 Randy and Dean Warren talk about the latest in bicycle racing.  Dean gathered a few interviews from his trip to Madrid.  He talked to Sunweb's Coryn Rivera at the women's world tour Madrid Challenge event and then spoke with LottoNL-Jumbo's Sepp Kuss, and got in a quick question with the Vuelta winner Simon Yates (Mitchelton-Scott).  Randy and Dean talk about the upcoming UCI Road Worlds events in Innsbruck where Dean plans to cover two of the days.

Randy is back from the Giro Sardinia and the Warren Cycling Podcast covers the latest in cycling with an emphasis on the pro side of the sport.  Randy talks about his race experience and then he and Dean break down the first stage of the Giro d' Italia.  The Warren's cover the men and women's Tour de Yorkshire highlighted by Boels Dolman's American Megan Guarnier winning in England on her birthday.  The Pan Am time trial championships are taking place in Argentina and the Redlands Cycling Classic is underway in California.
