In Episode 149 Rally Pro Cycling's Emma White joins Randy and Dean to talk about her recent track cycling at the London World Cup Track event.  Emma also shares her experiences as a student athlete, and her decision to pursue an Olympic dream by racing on the track which takes her away from cyclocross racing.  The Warrens touch on some road news notably the eminent sponsor search for Team Sky.  

In Episode 148 the Warren Brothers talk again about the latest cycling news including the upcoming cyclo-cross races in the United States and who is a favorite to win at the National Championships.  Randy and Dean cover the Berlin World Cup track races then pay their tribute to Paul Sherwen.  Dean mentions his recent cold ride, and Randy provides cold weather riding tips.
