In Episode 207 Randy and Dean Warren talk about the latest cycling news including the changes at Strava.  Dean reveals his failed attempt to wear a mask during exercise, and Randy discusses his upcoming Everest attempt.  The UCI has a full calendar out and the Warren brothers hope for lots of racing in the fall to talk about. Team Ineos' Chris Froome celebrates his 35th birthday and will most likely change teams next year.

In Episode 206 Randy and Dean catch up on the latest cycling news.  Randy plans his attempt to Everest in June, while a new Everest record has just been set by Phil Gaimon.  E-bikes are getting better and the Warrens talk about the benefits of riding power assisted bicycles.

In Episode 205 the Warren brothers talk about their own rides and the new UCI race calendar.  Who knows if the races will take place as planned but it will be a wildly packed season from August through the beginning of November if they do take place.  Randy and Dean touch on the recent Zwift races and appreciate they are able to ride outdoors throughout this difficult time.

In Episode 204 Rally Cycling's Robin Carpenter joins Randy and Dean Warren to talk about his San Diego Strava competition and giving away bread that he bakes.  The Warrens discuss Randy's upcoming Strava races in the Asheville area, and how to set up this kind of event.  Robin gives his pointers for Strava competitions as well as how to bake delicious sourdough bread.  Randy and Dean wonder about the proposed races in late summer and the fall.

In Episode 201 Randy and Dean Warren celebrate the 200th episode anniversary of the Warren Cycling Podcast by interviewing retired professional cyclist and NBC cycling commentator Christian Vande Velde.  Christian talks about growing up in a cycling family and his cycling career as well as post career.  Randy and Dean discuss the Tour de Quarantine and Alexey Vermeulen send a 200th episode congrats message. The Warren brothers remember to mention the birthdays from March 31st.

For episode 200 Randy and Dean had planned a nice interview and celebrating the 200th milestone, but the coronavirus has wrecked havoc on most everyones plans, big and small.  The Warrens did receive a couple nice messages from Lily Williams and Jens Voigt. The Warren brothers talk about training during this lockdown time and what cycling movies to watch.

Randy and Dean Warren interview CCC Team's Joey Rosskopf.  Joey talks about his start to the 2020 season where he took the King of the Mountain points jersey at the Santos Tour Down Under.  Rosskopf describes his entry into cycling and his sports background growing up in Georgia.  The Warren brothers recap the first weekend of racing in Belgium and the Track World Championships.

In Episode 196 the Warren brothers discuss the emerging gravel riding and racing scene.  Randy has a new gravel bike on order and will host a gravel camp this year.  Randy and Dean talk about the latest professional racing going on in Europe and the Middle East as well as a recap of EF Education First's Tour of Columbia domination.  Each episode the Warrens end with birthday wishes to those pro riders who was born on the day of the podcast recording.

Randy and Dean Warren talk each week about all things cycling focusing on all disciplines of professional racing.  In Episode 194 the Warren brothers recap the end of the Vuelta a San Juan in Argentina and check in on the results from the races in Spain and Saudi Arabia.  First year World Tour rider Brandon McNulty of UAE Emirates impressed us in Argentina as did overall winner Remco Evenepoel (Deceunink-Quickstep).  Randy and Dean also talk about the cyclocross World Championships.

In Episode 190 Randy and Dean Warren discuss the latest bicycle racing news.  Cyclocross racing is focused in Europe as it builds towards the world championships in under four weeks.  The road racing starts up soon in Australia with concerns for the raging fires across the country.  Dean interviewed Taylor Warren after breaking the San Diego velodrome's hour track record.
