In this special edition episode the Warren Cyclng Podcast interviews Kimberly Coats of Team Africa Rising. Kimberly talks to the Warren brothers about forming the first all African professional UCI women's cycling team. The team will compete in 2017 and be comprised of Eritrean, Ethiopian, and Rwandan riders and will initially be based in the United States and race the first half of the season in the US. She explains the hurdles in developing the team such as finding a title sponsor. Kimberly also shared the recent success of Eritrean rider Yohana Dawit at the Green Mountain Stage Race in Vermont.
