Randy and Dean Warren talk about the latest in professional bicycle racing.  Dean asks Coach Randy about the different metrics to measure recovery and exertion during training and racing.  The Warren brothers cover the recent Amstel Gold Race and Fleche Wallonne one day classics.   The Tour of the Alps continures with stage three on a rainy day won by Lidl-Trek's Juan P. Lopez.

Alpecin-Deceuninck controlled the men's race at Paris-Roubaix and Mathieu van der Poel did his thing to ride nearly 60km solo to win back to back Monuments and back to back Paris-Roubaix's. Crashes marred the Tour of the Basque and the Warren brothers discuss possible reasons for seemingly more crashes in the peloton.
